Playmaker are a four piece band with a classic line up of bass, drums, two guitars and two vocals. They mix tunes with power chords and deliver with exactly the right amount of attitude to create an eclectic sound, which is both unique and instantly addictive. BBC Introducing have played The Girl Who Thought She Could Fly, twice this month.The band released their 'Arizona' single through small Indie label Pale Fox – it topped the Storm Radio listeners chart for 5 weeks running. It was also played by Steve Lamacq and Clare Sturgess on XFM. On hearing the single, Crowded House manager Grant Thomas immediately licensed the single via Pale Fox for release in Australia on his Indie label Little Big Music. Piano-indie band Pacific, based in Manchester, UK are making a name for themselves, with their unique blend of alternative rock and indie nuances. The band consists of brothers & songwriters Anthony Orzel – Vocals/Piano and Daniel Orzel – Synths/Bass/Backing Vocals, Dave Bithell – Guitars and Drew Burns – Drums/Percussion.

Having been spun on BBC Radio 1 by Huw Stephens and featured in METRO, “New band Pacific are proving indie music is getting a much needed coming back”, the band’s electrifying immediate sound has been gaining them strong momentum.

2019 alone has already seen the band sell out two shows in Manchester and Northwich, win Y Not Festival’s public vote to play the festival from 1,000s of acts that applied, as well as play a 30-minute, live-on-air gig for BBC Introducing following single ‘Clarity’. Recent live slots have also included Dot to Dot Festival 2019 & joining All Tvvins as main support on their tour.


GARDEN are an alternative Indie Rock band hailing from Northampton. They take influences from Wolf Alice, Pearl Jam and Prince. With one EP released, the band are releasing another later on this year! City people are weird x
