Sometimes you hear a voice that just stops you in your steps. Such a voice belongs to Taylor Notcutt, who formed Pixie and The Gypsies four years ago while studying jazz vocals at London’s Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance.

2018 was a busy year following the release of their number 1 debut album in August, with the band playing sold-out shows at venues such as The Spice Of Life and Pizza Express Jazz Club, and Upstairs at Ronnie Scottʼs. Theyʼve also performed at the Cheltenham Jazz Festival, Rye Jazz & Blues Festival, and 8 gigs at Guinness Cork Jazz Festival this year.
